Ordering Process
We do not ship on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following working day.

 

 Shipping Orders

  • Orders take up 1 to 2 full business days to be processed, picked, and packed before it is shipped. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for orders with standard shipping from our courier partners. 
  • Order before 4pm on a weekday and we’ll process your order that very same day. After 4pm, orders are processed the following working day.
  • Local (Singapore) delivery is usually within 7 working days. For international orders, it may take up to 14 working days. (Note: Working days do not include weekends and public holidays.)

If you order is urgent, Email or Contact us. We can arrange next-day delivery though a higher shipping charge may apply.

 

International Shipping Policies
All shipping costs are converted to the local currency based on daily exchange rate.
Delivery charges for orders outside of Singapore are based on International courier company rates and will depend on the size and weight of the parcel. This will be automatically calculated upon checkout of your online shopping cart at https://eshop.drx.com.sg/.
Any order over SG$400 is subject to GST and international VAT handling charges which are not refundable. You are responsible for the taxes and handling charges incurred. Customers are also responsible for their respective international VAT charges.

International Orders

Delivery charges for orders outside of Singapore are based on FedEx rates and will depend on the size and weight of the parcel. This will be automatically calculated upon checkout of your online shopping cart. Please note all charges and pricing are in SGD.

 

Certain or likely to happen

  • Oversea order, when if you are not in, parcel returned to our warehouse will be re-delivery but if this second attempt is unsuccessful, so please make sure you’ll be around. (Tips: You can always specify a work or neighbour’s address for delivery.) We will re-send your parcel, but unfortunately you’ll be charged another shipping fee. 
  • Some parcel delivered by International Courier Company may require a signature upon delivery, so please make sure you will be in.

 

Strictly No Self Pick-Up

  • Stricly No Self Pick-Up for Purchases made via our Eshop. 

Remarks

  • Our check-out system link with Live Courier platform charges, they are offered the best delivery rate for our customer and the latest rate will be reflected at XNATURE Check Out.  
  • During this pandemic period, some countries have suspended selected services. XNATURE is checking with couriers daily and will do its best to provide more shipping options for customers.
