Shipping Schedule Notice

We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will begin processing on the next business day.

 Shipping Orders

  • Orders require 1 to 2 full business days for processing, picking, and packing before they are shipped. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery with standard shipping via our courier partners.
  • Orders placed before 4 PM on a weekday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Local deliveries within Singapore typically occur within 7 business days. International deliveries may take up to 14 business days. (Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.)

Local Shipping Policies
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please refer to the shipping calculator during the checkout process. A standard shipping fee of $10 is applied to orders below $100. For orders over $100, delivery is free.

International Shipping Policies

All shipping costs are converted to the local currency based on daily exchange rate.
Delivery charges for orders outside of Singapore are based on International courier company rates and will depend on the size and weight of the parcel. This will be automatically calculated upon checkout of your online shopping cart at https://eshop.drx.com.sg/.

Any order over SG$400 is subject to GST and international VAT handling charges which are not refundable. You are responsible for the taxes and handling charges incurred. Customers are also responsible for their respective international VAT charges.

International Orders

Delivery charges for orders outside of Singapore are based on FedEx rates and depend on the parcel's size and weight. These charges are automatically calculated at checkout. Please note that all charges and prices are in SGD.

Important Information for Overseas Order Deliveries

  • For overseas orders, if you are not available to receive the parcel and it is returned to our warehouse, we will attempt re-delivery. However, if the second attempt is also unsuccessful, you will be charged an additional shipping fee for a subsequent re-send. To avoid this, please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. (Tip: You can specify a work address or a neighbor’s address for delivery.)
  • Please note that some parcels delivered by international courier companies may require a signature upon delivery, so it is important to ensure someone is available to sign for it.

  • Strictly No Self Pick-Up for Purchases made via our Eshop.

  • Our checkout system is linked with the Live Courier platform to offer our customers the best delivery rates, which are reflected at XNATURE Checkout.
  • During the pandemic, some countries have suspended certain services. XNATURE checks with couriers daily and will do its best to provide more shipping options for customers.
